Accommodations

Luxury Cabins: Spacious accommodations with private in-cabin bathroom, shower, and bidet toilet. Access to room service and hospitality tv. Available for short term rentals and long term leases. Based on a modified Domegia Eden layout.
Standard Cabins: Bedroom privacy at a more affordable price. No in-cabin bathroom. Access to room service and hospitality tv. Available for short term rentals and long term leases.
Quonset Bunks: Hostel-like bunk beds in shared Quonset huts. No in-hut bathroom, room service, or hospitality tv. Intended for community oriented guests who want proper beds and not have to deal with setting up or packing away tents. Available for short term rentals and limited long term leases.
Tent Sites: Budget sleeping privacy oriented solution. No private bathroom, room service, or hospitality tv. Available for short term rentals only.

Shower House: WW2 era military open bay showers with sinks, urinals, and private toilets. Inspired from Camp Ripley (but with private toilets).
Barber: Hair cutting, beard trims, and shaving services.
Spa: Massages, waxing, and personal grooming services.
Sauna: Relax and detox in a traditional Finnish sauna.
Laundromat: Washing machines and dryers for guest use with wash-and-fold laundry services available. Pickup for laundry services can be arranged through the hospitality television.
Clinic: Convenient STI testing and treatment and care for minor cuts and scrapes. Accepts Tricare and other insurances.
Pharmacy: Resident access to prescriptions. Accepts Tricare and other insurances. Over-the-counter medicines are available in the store.

Plunge Pool: Chest-high flat-bottomed pool to cool off and socialize.
Hot Tubs: Warm jetted water for soaking on colder nights.
Gym: Free weights, machine weights, and cardio equipment.
Nature Trails: Trails for sightseeing and some special trails for making extra close friends.
Arcade: Dark arcade with video booths with holes for ample ventilation.
Auditorium: Large indoor space for shows and events.
Gaming Dungeon: Dedicated card and tabletop gaming space for Magic, Dungeons and Dragons, and other games. Reservations available for private groups. Dungeon master led Adventurer's Leagues with open signups.
Soccer Field: Hosting friendly pickups, scheduled residents versus visitors matches, and competitions between traveling regional gay sports groups. Lisbon Foxes versus Madrid's DragonQueer, maybe?

Restaurant: Made-to-order and ready-made food options with an indoor dining facility or outdoor dining near the pool. Delivery service available through the hospitality television.
Bar: Full bar service near the pool. Delivery service available through the hospitality television.
Coffee Bar: 24 hour access to coffee and tea.
Room Service: Provides premium in-room delivery of food, beverages, and store goods. Laundry, room cleanings, towel changes, reservations, and concierge services are also available. Ordered through the hospitality television.

Store: Providing toiletries, over-the-counter medicines, food, camping supplies for purchase. Delivery service available through the hospitality television.
Library: Work and study spaces with computer lab, desks, and private rooms for teleworking.
Content Creator Studio: Professional studios available for resident OF models and their guests.
Hospitality Tv: Television service for cabin accommodations providing on-demand movies, television shows, and music stations, as well as the ability to order room service and concierge services.

Oak Forrest: Tall holm oak (Quercus rotundifolia) trees provide shade throughout the resort and acorn harvests in autumn. Their inoculated roots to provide winter truffle harvests. Some of the oaks are sustainably coppiced for firewood.
Muscovy Ducks: Muscovys quietly roam throughout the resort providing natural pesticide control and providing eggs from spring to autumn.
Water Reclamation: Responsible water use, gray water reclamation, and septic systems.
